Right on the beach
Our Penthouse is not by the beach it is right on the beach. Our infinity pool is currently the largest pool in the Baja Peninsula. This piece of paradise is the only swimable beach on the Pacific side. Our beach is shallow for family and friends to enjoy the pure, clean, and clear water allowing you to boogie board or enjoy other fun activities. It also has enough waves to surf year around and ,in fact, once a year there is a surf competition testing even the best of surfers. Our development is the first planned development on Cerritos Beach and is before its time. Now is the time to enjoy this high-end boutique development before all the growth comes to the area. Traditionally people have gone to the Sea of Cortez side of the Baja and have not had the opportunity to enjoy the experience of the west. Now with the new 4 lane highway being completed it has opened up the most untouched areas of the Baja. Remember the sun sets in the west and I can not even begin to explain the passionate sunsets from the balcony of this penthouse. It will take your breath away.

It is ready for you with all the amenities needed to start your dream vacation. Items include; Washer and Dryer, Refrigerator, Plates, Glasses and all Silverware, Coffee Maker and Grinder, Panini Maker, Toaster, Pots and Pans , Ipod Music Player, 4 HD TV's and Sky box programs for every viewer. In addition on the premise there is an infinity pool, ATV's for use, and Massages upon request. ( Some massages can be arranged on the penthouse balconies either facing the mountains or looking straight out into the Pacific)
